The decision concerns a section of communal path no. 130, as depicted in brown on a plan drawn on May 7, 2026 by S.R.L. « BGM Expert », a surveyor's office in Waremme.
The full decision is posted at the notice boards of the Communal Administrative Centre. The attached documents can also be consulted at the Administrative Centre of the City of Andenne, Place du Chapitre, number 7, Legal and Territorial Directorate/Heritage Service (1st floor), on working days between 9 AM and 12 PM and between 1 PM and 4 PM.
In accordance with Article 18 of the Walloon decree on communal roads, the applicant or any third party with a justified interest may lodge an appeal with the Walloon Government within fifteen days of the posting or receipt of the decision.
The appeal, under penalty of inadmissibility, must be submitted using a mandatory form fixed by the Walloon Government to the Service Public de Wallonie, DGO4, at 5100 Namur (Jambes), rue des Brigades d’Irlande, number 1.
