The municipality of Tintigny has established a transport allowance aimed at students residing within its territory. This aid is intended to financially support young people pursuing secondary, higher, or university studies.
The grant amount varies depending on the level of study. Students attending a secondary education institution will receive €25.00 per year. For those enrolled in higher or university education, and aged 25 years maximum, the grant amounts to €45.00 per year. This sum is equivalent to ten weeks of train travel via campus tickets.
The grant is awarded once a year, upon written request addressed to the Collège communal (Municipal Executive). Students must provide their bank account number for the payment. The application must be accompanied by a school attendance certificate issued by their educational institution.
To benefit from this municipal aid, applications must be submitted before March 31st of the current school year. The required form can be obtained upon simple request or downloaded from the municipal website.
