The Municipal Council of Tenneville took a key step on September 30, 2026, by approving the sale agreement for a communal site of over three hectares in Champlon, marking the launch of a new residential project.
After several years of work, the Municipality of Tenneville, supported by IDELUX Projets publics since 2019, has finalized the sale of a municipal property located in Champlon. The project plans for the construction of a quality residential complex, including houses and apartments for purchase or rent.
This new neighborhood aims to meet the demand for modern, energy-efficient housing suitable for various demographics, from young families to the elderly. The ambition is to create a true living district with quality public spaces, a park, gentle pathways, and amenities promoting accessibility and conviviality. Situated between Grand’Rue and rue de l’Épine, it will benefit from the proximity of existing shops and services. The expected arrival of about a hundred new residents will contribute to the village's vitality and the maintenance of its services, with plans for professional spaces as well.

"Our objective is to meet the housing needs of our population while continuing to develop the dynamism of the village of Champlon. This future neighborhood should allow us to welcome new inhabitants and strengthen the vitality of the village and its local services. For many years, we have been committed to developing our territory in a balanced way. This involves creating housing developments, but also developing quality public spaces that enhance the living environment of our residents. The project we are presenting today is part of this continuity and reflects our desire to maintain an attractive, lively, and welcoming municipality for everyone."
The project, a result of close collaboration between the Municipality of Tenneville and IDELUX Projets publics (IPP), has seen its strategy defined and refined since 2019. Following a call for expressions of interest in 2024, negotiations led to the selection of a developer. IPP provided expertise at every stage, from administrative and legal aspects to urban planning and coordination with the Delegated Official.
“
"This project required several years of work and a strategic adaptation to meet the Municipality's ambitions. Our role was to support the teams at each step to bring this project to fruition under the best conditions."
The signing of the sale agreement is expected by the end of 2026. The developer will then have three years to obtain the necessary permits, followed by a maximum of six years to complete the entire project, which is anticipated to be finalized by the end of 2035. This future neighborhood aims to meet housing needs while sustainably supporting the attractiveness and conviviality of the village of Champlon.
