The municipality of Villers-la-Ville invites its citizens to participate in the Pedestrian Barometer 2026, a national survey aimed at enhancing walking and the quality of public spaces.

Until October 31, 2026, residents are encouraged to share their walking experience through an online questionnaire. This initiative, organized by Tous à Pied, Walk, and Voetgangersbeweging with support from the SPF Mobilité et Transports, aims to better understand pedestrians' needs and identify necessary improvements in safety, accessibility, and comfort.
The survey, which takes approximately fifteen minutes to complete, is crucial for making pedestrians' needs more visible in mobility policies. Anonymous responses will help identify action priorities and make recommendations more impactful. Participants also have a chance to win prizes, such as A.S. Adventure or PassMusées gift vouchers.
The results of this second edition of the Pedestrian Barometer, which gathered over 13,500 participants in 2023, will be published in early 2027. They will include a national analysis and local reports for municipalities that achieve a sufficient number of responses.
