The City of Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve recently replaced the lighting on the synthetic pitch of ROC Rugby, located at Avenue Baudouin 1er, with a more efficient and energy-saving LED system.

This October, the City replaced the lighting on the synthetic rugby field at ROC on Avenue Baudouin 1er (Louvain-la-Neuve) with LED lighting. They also added lighting/a pole to the small training pitch.
The work, carried out by the company Lexar technics from Manage, cost just under €70,000 including VAT. This budget was subsidized by half by the Province (brabantwallon.be).
It is now possible to vary the lighting power according to the site's occupation (e.g., at 30% for training, 60% for friendly matches, 100% for competitions).
