The municipality of Chastre has implemented Civis STP, a new IT tool allowing citizens to easily report problems encountered in public spaces and track their handling by the Public Works department.

Following the end of the provincial contract with Betterstreet, the municipality has chosen this new program to facilitate the work of the Public Works department. Civis STP allows for online reporting, in a few steps, of issues such as a blocked drain, illegal dumping, or a pothole.
To submit a report, simply visit the website public.civisstp.be, log in or create an account, then fill out a form describing the problem and adding photos. The report is then sent directly to the Public Works department for follow-up and potential intervention.
Civis is a website adapted for smartphones, eliminating the need to download an app. To simplify its use, a shortcut can be added to your smartphone's home screen by opening the browser, logging in, tapping the three dots in the top right, and selecting 'Install and create shortcut'.
A new icon called 'D2D3' will appear on your home screen, providing direct access to Civis STP. Your login details can be saved to facilitate future use.
For any questions, please contact the Public Works department. The municipality thanks citizens in advance for their contribution to improving the living environment in Chastre.
