The Province of Namur is launching for the first time the Prix de la Province de Namur (Awards of the Province of Namur), each with a prize of €5,000, to recognize projects that innovate, improve daily life, create connections, or contribute to the dynamism of the territory.

These awards aim to highlight exemplary individuals and projects. They are divided into four categories: Culture, Living Better, Education, and Territory. Each of the four winners will receive €5,000.
The application period runs from September 28 to November 30, 2026 at noon. Subsequently, public voting will take place from December 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027. The awards ceremony is scheduled for January 22, 2027.
The Province encourages project leaders to apply and invites the public to support local initiatives. After the application deadline, eligible projects will be presented for public vote, which will account for 50% of the final result, alongside the provincial jury (50%).
