The municipality of Paliseul is organizing a commemoration for November 11th, a day of remembrance for the victims of the two wars. The ceremony will begin at 10:30 AM with a religious service at the church in Nollevaux, followed by a wreath-laying.
At 11:45 AM, a friendly aperitif will be offered by the Municipal Administration at the hall « Le Vieux Presbytère » in Nollevaux.
For those who wish, the day will continue with a meal organized by the FNC Paliseul starting at 1:00 PM. The proposed menu includes shrimp ravioli, smoked trout, stuffed chicken roulade, sweet potato soup, vanilla-raspberry cake, and coffee. The price is set at €50.00 per person.
Registration for the meal must be made before October 31, 2026, with Raymond Noël, president of the FNC section, at 0498/882.350 or 061/534.335. The amount should be transferred to the FNC Paliseul account (BE27 0682 1362 7773), mentioning the name(s) of the registered person(s).
