In the event of scheduled water outages, affected residents will be notified at least three days in advance by SWDE or the company in charge of the works.
After the construction is completed, residents might observe temporary phenomena such as momentary pressure drops, brownish or reddish water, or milky-looking water due to air bubbles. These issues do not affect water quality.
It is also noted that other companies may take advantage of these road or sidewalk excavations to install their own underground infrastructure (fiber optics, gas, sewage systems). Therefore, project timelines may vary depending on each entity's requirements.
The initially indicated completion date may be postponed due to unforeseen difficulties encountered during the work or weather-related issues.
