The "yellow box" aims to store essential personal and medical information in one place, ensuring quick access when needed. This initiative is particularly beneficial for individuals aged 65 and above, as well as those with serious illnesses or disabilities. For these target groups, the box is provided free of charge.
Individuals who already own a yellow box can also obtain an update form, allowing them to refresh the information it contains, ensuring the data remains relevant and current.
Two distribution events are scheduled: on Monday, November 23, 2026, from 2 PM to 6 PM in Orp (Salle du Conseil – Place communale 6, 1st floor, accessible by elevator), and on Thursday, December 3, 2026, from 4 PM to 8 PM in Jauche (Salle EPN – Rue Brigadier Mélard 21).
For those unable to travel, a solution can be arranged by contacting 0496 25 27 20 or emailing ccca@gmail.com.
This initiative is spearheaded by the Conseil Consultatif Communal des Aînés (CCCA), in collaboration with the Plan de cohésion sociale and with the support of the Province du Brabant wallon.
