The Municipality of Incourt is currently developing its Communal Development Plan (SDC), a strategic tool essential for planning, organizing, and supporting the development of its territory for the coming years. This document aims to define a coherent, long-term vision for its planning, balancing development needs with the preservation of the environment and landscape, the rural character of its villages, and the quality of life for its inhabitants.
A public meeting, organized by the Communal Consultative Commission for Spatial Planning and Mobility (CCATM), will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Council Hall, located at Place François Kest 1, 1315 Incourt. The consulting firm Sweco, tasked with assisting the municipality, will present the initial findings from the contextual analysis of the municipal territory.
This first step will allow citizens to discover the established findings and better understand the challenges that will guide the subsequent process. The diagnostic phase focuses on assessing Incourt and its villages, including their characteristics, assets, evolutions, and challenges, covering themes such as housing, mobility, environment, landscapes, heritage, facilities, and services.
Spatial planning concerns us all! The choices made in the coming years will influence our living environment, the development of our villages, and the preservation of our environment.
The public session will offer the opportunity to discover the initial findings, understand the municipality's challenges and issues, learn about the SDC development process and its next steps, and participate in this important reflection for Incourt's future.
The development of the Communal Development Plan is a significant step in preparing the territory's future, anticipating its changes, and preserving the identity and quality of life of the villages. The municipality invites the public to attend this first phase of reflection.
