The municipality of Braine-le-Château has decided to sell a used vehicle, a Renault Clio (limited numbered edition GORDINI). The decision followed a deliberation by the municipal executive on October 2, 2026.
Purchase offers must be sent in a sealed envelope to the municipal executive, rue de la Libération, 9 in 1440 Braine-le-Château, no later than 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. The municipality, a public entity not subject to VAT, will receive net payment against a receipt before the vehicle is collected.
The sale will be advertised by posting notices at the town hall, via the official website www.braine-le-chateau.be, and through a specialized website tender. The vehicle is currently parked in the municipal depot lot, Parc Industriel, 23 in Wauthier-Braine.
The municipal executive is authorized to manage the sale and will formally designate the highest bidder as the buyer. The vehicle, first registered in September 2010, has 18,964 km on the odometer. Its last technical inspection was in May 2026, and it is a Euro 4 gasoline model. The initial sale price is EUR 20,000.00, but it is negotiable.
